If you have fine watches, jewellery or designer handbags you no longer want to keep, bring them to us for a free evaluation and a prompt, on the spot, payment!  For every item we evaluate we offer both an option to sell the item to us outright, or take out a collateral loan.  While a loan option allows you to pick up your item when the loan has been paid, selling outright will generally result in a slightly higher payout.

Richmond Luxury & Loan has been in business for over 10 years and holds a full license to provide collateral loans on personal goods.  Over the years we have refined our store’s security and process to ensure your items are always kept safely and confidentially while in our possession.  In addition, every item left with us is fully insured.

Collateral loans are valid for up to three months (unless otherwise specified), at which time, if all interest and storage payments are current, you may redeem the loan or renew the loan for another 3 months. If a loan is not redeemed, renewed or has been defaulted on, it will become property of Richmond Luxury & Loan. We care about our customers and their valuables – if you are not able to make a timely payment on your loan please call us ahead of time to discuss options which may be available to you.

LOAN POLICIES

• All items will remain in our storage throughout the duration of the loan and will not be presented to potential buyers.
• A valid government issued photo ID is required. ID’s can include but are not limited to BC driver’s license, government issued ID card or a passport.
• It is illegal to take a loan against any item in which you do not have clear title. Items which are purchased on financing are not pawnable until fully paid out. It is required by law that we must report all items to the police.
• The ticket you are given at the time of the loan is a bearer receipt. If your pawn ticket is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately in order to make sure your items are protected.
• Redemptions of items can only be made in person with the original ticket. We do not allow redemptions by mail.
• We charge a 5% interest and a 5% storage fee per month on all jewellery, handbags and watches. 
• All loan payments and redemptions can only be made in cash.
